Your Responsibilities

  • P&L responsibility for the company
  • Business planning, forecasting, and reporting to the German HQ
  • Ensure efficient plant operations to meet all customer requirements
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, authorities, service providers and other stakeholders
  • Lead, coach, and develop the site leadership team

 

Your Profile

  • Degree in engineering, business studies or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years’ leadership experience in an international manufacturing environment preferred
  • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
  • Analytical skills with a strong understanding of KPI’s
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal and communication skills
  • German language skills would be a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
